Randy displayed the patience of Job. We watched the market for over a year, asked lots of questions, sent tons of emails, changed our parameters, and looked at a number of houses. We ended up choosing a house that was situated 75 minutes from his office, and he was gracious enough to go whenever we requested him. Since we live out of the country, we relied on him heavily to help us with not only the paperwork, but some physical details as well.
